Train in our state of the art facility conveniently located in downtown Matawan

Led by Grandmaster Kevin Balon, 8th Degree Black Belt and Master Charles Ferrone, 6th Degree Black Belt, our classes are challenging, fun, creative and will get you in shape in no time. 

We offer traditional taekwondo training for all ages, Cardio Kickboxing for ages 16 and up and Mini Masters basic skills program for ages 3 & 4. No  matter what your age and ability, we have a program for you!
