-SPEED BREAKING (repeat hand technique or repeat side kick)This event is the fastest time to break 10 of the thin demo boards-POWER BREAKING (hand technique or foot technique)**This event is the most amount of boards broken in one attempt and uses the thin demo boards with spacers.-PADDED WEAPON SPARRING-SPEED KICKING

MINI MASTERS EVENTS-OBSTACLE COURSE: Test  your taekwondo skills and life skills in a cool obstacle course-SPEED KICKING-SPEED BREAKING with hand*-SPEED BREAKING with foot* *Speed breaking events for Mini Masters are the fastest time to break 5 of the thin boards. Registration for the event does not include board purchase
ALL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE AN AWARD WITH SPECIAL RECOGNITION FOR OUR 1st THROUGH 4th PLACE ATHLETES!  

GRAND CHAMPION AWARDS! Earn points for each event entered and each 1st through 4th place earned. Overall highest score will earn our GRAND CHAMPION AWARD!

9:00am – Judges meeting

10:00am – All athletes report (Mini Masters will compete first followed by taekwondo athletes)

ALL ATHLETES MUST BE CURRENT AAU MEMBERS!
